Return / Refund Policy for Pool Deck Drain Janitor, LLC

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products and they give you the ability to keep your drains clean for many years.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and decide to return it to us for a refund, It must be mailed back to us with the following conditions met:

​

1.  You must contact us to inform us you want to return the parts.  We will issue a Return Approval Number that needs    to be written on the return envelope.

2.  The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

3.  You are responsible for paying the postage to return the products to us.

4.  All parts must be in their original package, be unused and undamaged in any way.

5.  Once we inspect the return and determine it is in original condition, we will refund your purchase price, Minus any postage we paid to ship it to you and a 3.5% fee to cover the refund charge we incur from the credit card processing company.

 

If You Order The Wrong Size and need to swap the parts for another size, the package must be mailed back to us with the following conditions met:

1. You must contact us to discuss what size you do need, and we will issue a Return Approval Number that needs to be written on the return envelope.

2. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. You are responsible for paying the postage to return the products to us.

4. All parts must be in their original package, be unused and undamaged in any way.

5. Once we inspect the return and determine it is in it’s original condition, we will ship the new/correct size to you.

6. We will pay the postage to ship the correct size parts to you.
